Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct the day to day activities of the Regional Operations Managers to ensure all inventory, cash, audit, facility, and security expectations are met at each store.
  • Create and deploy effective operational reporting to evaluate operational performance across the organization
  • Partner with POS provider to create and deploy reporting and or other features to enhance the performance or the organization
  • Attend all required TMO Operations calls and disseminate information to leadership team
  • Oversee construction, remodel, and other deployment projects as needed
  • Thru collaboration with DMs, RDs, and SMs, develop and maintain SOPs for all store positions
  • In collaboration with the VP of Sales, assist in the development, redeployment, and upkeep of MS Teams inclusive of creating supporting documents and tools.
  • Create, develop, and deploy best practice resources for New Hires, MGR Meetings & Store Meetings
  • Regularly host, via MS Teams, live workshops to improve operational and sales performance across all stores
  • Assist in the development and tracking of leadership training for reps to ASMs, ASMs to MGRs, and MGRs to DMs
  • Produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly communication for recognition programs TBD

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years related work experience
  • Strong Written and Excel Skill Sets
  • Working knowledge of IT/Networking/Telphony a plus
  • Highly Organized and Detail Oriented

Preferred:

  • 4+ Years work experience in a Wireless Retail Operations role
