As the Regional Director of Sales, you'll own the sales and operations of 20-40 locations, keeping close tabs on each one's ability to deliver outstanding sales results and an exceptional customer experience. From recruiting and staffing to driving daily sales performance, you'll assess each location to identify areas of improvement and respond quickly. And, with the same razor-sharp focus, you'll celebrate successes to reinforce your team's effort and accomplishments. During your location visits, you'll put your assessment skills to work'monitoring everything from sales behaviors to product knowledge. Your keen eye will help you identify issues, devise action plans, and seek opportunities to refine and grow our business.  As you cultivate working relationships with your District Managers, Store Managers and peers, you'll gather the tools to build success across your Region, tracking overall market performance and creating effective action plans to meet organizational goals.

In this role, you'll be the enthusiastic coach motivating your team to learn, strive for improvement, and feel a real sense of pride in achieving their goals. You'll maintain grace under pressure, with an honest attitude and an informal style that sets the stage to get the job done. Encouraging questions in areas of uncertainty, you'll also give immediate and useful feedback, communicating in a way that makes people eager to collaborate with you. This position also demands that (a) you be diligent about tracking numbers - making clear sense of the financial data and making your next action plan, and (b) you are a subject matter expert on all aspects of sales and store operations. With clear and definitive objectives you will continuously identify performance gaps for each team member and successfully implement a plan to close those gaps.


  • Manages 3 to 5 District Managers in the successful operation of 20-40 Sprint Authorized Retail locations.
  • Positively contributes to a fun and friendly work environment for our customers and employees.
  • Leads by example.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance expectations in each location.
  • Holds team accountable to PCSMS & Sprint operational & performance standards minimizing or eliminating performance gaps in each location.
  • Creates a maniacal focus on sales and sales generating activities every day in each location.
  • Spends 50%+ of time in stores assessing and coaching
  • Actively manages recruiting and staffing for all positions in their market ensuring all locations are staffed and scheduled for maximum productivity.
  • Conducts regular 1 on 1's, conference calls, trainings, and meetings to foster knowledge and best practice sharing.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners to plan and execute local events, promotions, and B2B activities consistent with PCSMS and Sprint marketing initiatives and branding.
  • Partners with HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Finance teams to deliver a consistent employee and customer experience.
  • Fosters a positive relationship between PCSMS with local Sprint leadership teams
  • Proactively reviews sales and operational reporting to identify potential risks and takes appropriate action.
  • Travels 25%-50%
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Education Required: HS Diploma, BA or BS preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more year's successful sales experience with 2+ years wireless multi-unit manager experience. Sprint sales management experience preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated high ethical and moral behavior, unquestionable integrity and character.
  • Demonstrated skill in facilitating & directing training and development activities of a sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in staffing stores with high quality, high potential candidates.
  • Effective Communication Skills (Oral, Written, Group Presentation).
  • Strong knowledge of common business applications (Web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of retail store operations
  • Mature professional with a good balance of risk taking and judgment, confidence and assertiveness, open-minded and flexible - who demonstrates a "take charge" spirit.
  • Ability & commitment to work 50+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License & Proof of Liability Insurance
